Block Power and Sleep Keys

Some keyboards have a Power and Sleep keys in very unusual places. I Hate This Key can block these keys on your keyboard, so you won't make your computer to go sleep or off when accidentally press them.

If you select Ask me what to do radio button, Windows will show standard Shut Down dialog when you press Sleep or Power key.

Select Do nothing radio button, if you want I Hate This Key Deluxe Edition to block Sleep or Power key at all, so Windows won't do anything when you accidentally press these keys on the keyboard.

If you select Shutdown my computer radio button, the Power key will work as usually.

Select Stand by my computer radio button, if you want the Sleep key to work as usually.

You can specify a modifier key — a key that will make your Power and Sleep keys to act as usually when pressed simultaneously. To configure this behavior, select Act as usually if I hold these keys while pressing power keys check box and select modifier keys below.

Please note, that I Hate This Key Deluxe Edition sometimes is unable to block Power and Sleep keys under specific hardware and software configurations. So, please, try this function carefully.
